JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for program managers who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of processes to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment. This is a visible role that involves directly working with architects, design engineers, verification engineers, and management to drive results. Responsibilities for this role will include:

• •Work with engineering teams in different geographical regions and time zones, to plan and execute projects.
• • Ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver projects effectively.
• • Set program milestones, track progress, communicate statuses to teams and Leadership.
• • Move swiftly to identify and remove roadblocks and work with cross-functional teams to be agile
• •Garner respect and influence across a diverse cross-organizational team without having solid line management authority.
