• Defining and driving the direction of ASIC development.
• Defining ASIC architecture and translating architecture to implementation spec·
• Defining technology roadmaps and working closely with marketing, customers, and partners for feature requirements and timelines.
• Developing processes and procedures for the organization·
• Manage strategic vendor issues·
• Support for product prioritization and resource allocation·
• Hiring and retaining top talent·
• Managing inter-group platform alignment processes and milestone management·
• Managing cross-functional teams to drive solution readiness and product delivery.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering.

• Micro-architecture design and development of high-performance ASICs, Testbench architecture.
• Managing teams in multiple geographical locations.
• Protocol knowledge of Ethernet, NIC, TOE, PCIe, RoCE.
• Programming languages: System Verilog, C/C++, Scripting with Python, Perl, Makefile, UNIX shell.
